Do I need an engineering firm for a repair?
Legislation is becoming increasingly strict regarding who can handle gases and certain equipment.

Will you send a subcontractor?
No. Sometimes, very large companies with a high volume of work rely onn Davofrío para subcontratar algunos trabajos.
In our case, our own team of in-house technicians is all we need to cover our services. If we cannot assist you immediately, we will tell you, but we will not send someone outside of our staff to do our job.
How does the technical service work?
On all calls, customers are informed of the travel, inspection, or service fees, as well as the estimated arrival time.
So, before confirming the service order, you will already know quite precisely what the cost will be.
Are you an authorized service center for all brands?
No. We are not an authorized service center for all brands. Although we may have been the authorized service for a specific brand in the past that we no longer represent today. If you want to know if we are the authorized service center for your air conditioning brand, just call us and ask.
Can I maintain my air conditioning system myself?
No. Although it may seem simple, proper maintenance must be carried out under safe conditions and by following the manufacturer's protocol.
That is why it is best to contact the authorized service center. By the way, brushing the filters is not considered maintenance.
Can I sign up for equipment maintenance even if you didn't install it?
Each case has special characteristics, but in most cases, it is possible for you to sign up for our comprehensive maintenance service even if we did not install your equipment.
